Most founders have a mission statement.
Almost none have a compass.
A mission statement tells you what you’re building. Founder’s Compass™ helps you decide what to do today—by forcing important decisions through a consistent set of questions before emotion, urgency, money, pressure or distraction takes over.
Three complete bodies of work. Eighteen ways to use them.
The Founder’s Compass™ library combines three books with their companion workbooks and operating journals. Each is offered in print and electronic form, so a founder can learn the operating principles, work the decisions, and maintain a continuing written record.
Books become customers. Customers become working users.
The publishing library is the accessible entry point into the broader Founder’s Compass™ system. Every title can route the reader toward the $59 Alignment Snapshot, the $597 Guided Build, the $1,900 Comprehensive Build, and—after delivery—the separate $750 Seasoned Operator™ private session.

Founder’s Compass™ is designed to turn the founder’s values, priorities, risks and operating direction into something usable when a real decision is sitting in front of you.
Run major opportunities and decisions through the same decision structure instead of reinventing your standards every time.
Keep stated priorities and non-negotiables visible when pressure, growth, money or urgency starts pulling the business off course.
The goal is not another document that gets filed away. The Compass is meant to become a working reference point for the founder.
Choose the level that fits what you need.

Founder’s Compass™ Private Session with The Seasoned Operator™
A focused, one-on-one operator discussion applying your completed Founder’s Compass™ to the decisions, opportunities, risks, or direction currently in front of you.
This is not general coaching, executive coaching, mentorship, or open-ended consulting. Come prepared with the decisions that matter. The session is designed for direct operator-to-operator discussion around your completed Founder’s Compass™.
Remote · Post-delivery · Separate purchase · One defined session
This is your private truth document.
Founder’s Compass™ is not a public personality score, a social-media profile, or a document built to impress other people. The deeper tiers are designed to surface contradictions between what a founder says matters and what their decisions, calendar, money, relationships, habits and pressure-state behavior actually show. The finished Compass is built for the founder to use privately as a North Star when the next decision is expensive, emotional, urgent or consequential.
